I finally got our Thanksgiving tree done last week. Christy came over for a stitch-n-bitch so I used the opportunity.
The leaves have things of thanksgiving from Mark and myself as well as the girls, my parents and Mark's parents with the year on the back of each. I opted out of making the actual tree myself and got one from Target. There may be a 'Sandra Lee's Semi-homemade cooking' on the food network, but I should have an Amy's Almost Made Myself craft show.

And while I'm displaying this tree today, we're also displaying our Christmas tree and most of our decorations, including the outside lights, at the same time. We have a very busy few weeks ahead of us, I wanted to take advantage of Mark being off work yesterday, and I wanted the lights turned on the day after Thanksgiving. I could make up many more excuses as to why it's all up so early, but the bottom line is that I just wanted to and that's usually all it takes.

Here’s my favorite Christmas decoration

And here’s our tree

And without Daddy around to dress the kids, what else would we have to laugh about!?!

I hope you all have a very Happy Thanksgiving!
