Mark and I had a fantastic date the other day. Thursday to be exact and it was more like a date day rather than date night.
His parents were visiting us for a few days and gave us all of Thursday to do whatever. We took advantage of it too.
We headed out around 9 in the morning and didn't get back until almost 8 that night. We went shopping, did some returns, ate lunch out, saw a movie, did some more shopping, ate dinner out and generally enjoyed an entire day free of stress and full of adult conversation.
We got home just in time to kiss Madison goodnight and Chloe was already asleep!
I did a lot of breathing that day.
That day was wonderful.
