Soccer didn't seem to be her thing just yet so we're starting our next activity tonight. She has told me for months (even during soccer season) that she wanted to try dance. We went to observe a class last week where she was able to participate before we signed up and she loved it!
It's a 45 minute class that combines ballet, tap and tumbling. She won't be able to participate in the recital at the end of the year because outfits and shoes have already been ordered, so we'll cross that disappointing bridge when we get there. I know she'd be more upset if she had to wait until August to join in at all though.
And it should work out well because we’ll have a couple months to see if she likes it before putting out recital money for next year. She’s also said she wants to try Tae Kwon Do and while I’m up to letting her try anything she’s interested in, I'm only game for one activity at a time.
Are these not the cutest little shoes EVER!?!

I hope she has fun! Y'all are doing the same thing we have done, last spring both girls were in soccer and were not all the thrilled with it. Now Hannah is in dance and Taylor in Tae Kwon Do. Both love them and are doing great! Good luck with finding the right thing for Madison.
