I applied for five positions in the school system in the past week. At the risk of sounding like a negative nelly, I probably won't get any of them. They have built a new school in our county, but with the passing of Ammendment 1 in Florida and the current budget cuts, the current employees facing the loss of their job altogether will get first dibs.
It would be nice though. It's an elementary school where Madison could come with me and a great preschool for Chloe would be on the way.
I've also started selling Tastefully Simple. I had my first party this past Saturday and had 10 ladies show up! I have another party this weekend and so far response is great. My hope is just to support my habit of buying the stuff. I'm hooked, and have been for a couple years, so this makes it VERY easy.
We're on our way to drop Madison off at school...only 4 weeks left!
I'm actually pretty excited for the summer break. We'll be kicking it off right with a 5 day trip to Disney, then Madison's recital, our anniversary, both the girls' birthdays and before we know it, school will be starting again!
